By registering an account or using our platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access our services, you must meet all eligibility requirements we have established. Exceeding this limit constitutes a material breach, and we may void the bonus and confiscate all associated winnings as a consequence. No refund of deposited funds will be issued in such cases.

4.2 Free Spins Terms

Free spins are delivered in batches. Each batch must be used within 24 hours of issuance — unused spins expire at the end of this window and are not carried forward. Where a promotion combines a deposit match with free spins, we do not release the spins until the deposit match component reaches completed status. This occurs either when the full 35x wagering requirement has been satisfied or when the player's balance reaches zero, whichever comes first. Any spin batches that expire before this point are forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

We enforce the following rules across all bonus offers at Luckiest:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time — stacking or combining bonuses is not permitted
• One bonus per person, email address, IP address, household, or payment method
• Withdrawals are blocked while any bonus with a wagering requirement is active
• Forfeiting a bonus immediately removes all associated bonus funds and winnings
• Unclaimed bonuses are automatically cancelled after 60 days

We reserve the right to remove any bonus from inactive accounts or from accounts we determine, at our sole discretion, to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.

5. Loyalty Program and VIP Benefits
